How does RTT® work?

Breakthroughs are achieved by understanding the root cause rather than just addressing the symptoms of the presenting issue. This is why RTT® has such a  significant impact; it addresses issues from the core for life-changing benefits.

All RTT® professionals are equipped with an array of techniques and tools that are crucial in communicating with the subconscious mind and accessing and addressing whatever blocks there may be. From there, the mind can be reprogrammed for success.

How does RTT®differ from other therapies?

RTTⓇ helps the client uncover the root cause of why they feel the way they do. Unlike other therapies which focus on the issue or challenge, RTTⓇ helps the client discover the origin of the beliefs and behaviors  that have led to their issue. It’s not meant to keep you on the couch for months or years. While everyone is different, RTT® was created to give you relief or what you want more of in one to three sessions.

Using a unique set of tools and techniques, RTTⓇ supports the client in transforming their current issue and moving forward with a new set of more beneficial and positive beliefs.

What Should I Expect From an RTT® Session?

Most RTT® sessions are conducted virtually, offering convenience and flexibility. However, depending on your location, in-person sessions may also be an option.

During your RTT® session, I will guide you into a deeply relaxed state, allowing us to access your subconscious mind and uncover the root cause of the issue you want to address. Together, we’ll:

  • Explore past events to uncover the beliefs and interpretations you formed at the time.

  • Reframe those experiences from your current adult perspective, empowering you to release limiting patterns.

  • Replace outdated beliefs with positive, empowering ones that support your growth and well-being.

To reinforce these changes, I’ll provide you with a personalized audio recording designed to embed your new beliefs. Listening to this recording daily for 21–30 days will help solidify lasting transformation.

Typical RTT® Sessions last approximately 90 - 120 minutes

  • The induction phase is the beginning of your RTT® session, where you’ll be guided through a progressive relaxation technique. This calming process is designed to prepare your mind and body for hypnosis, creating an optimal state for accessing your subconscious.

    By entering this deeply relaxed state, you’ll feel calm, focused, and open to exploring the root causes of the challenges you want to address. The induction sets the foundation for a powerful and transformative session.

  • Hypnosis is a natural state of focused attention, much like being completely absorbed in a great book or movie. During this deeply relaxed state, your RTT® Practitioner can bypass the conscious mind’s defenses to access your subconscious mind, where deeply ingrained patterns, beliefs, and memories reside.

    This state allows us to uncover the root causes of the issues you want to address, helping you gain clarity and insight into the beliefs and behaviors that have shaped your experiences. Hypnosis is safe, effective, and an essential part of the RTT® process for creating lasting transformation.

  • During the deep inner work phase of your RTT® session, we identify and unlock the root cause(s) of the issue you’re facing. By accessing your subconscious mind, we uncover the beliefs, patterns, and interpretations formed at key moments in your life that have been holding you back.

    This process is transformative, as it allows you to gain clarity, release limiting beliefs, and reframe your perspective. Together, we work to rewrite these narratives, empowering you to move forward with confidence and freedom.

  • The reframe phase is where transformation truly takes shape. During this part of your RTT® session, I will guide you in reframing outdated beliefs, old patterns, unwanted behaviors, and past events.

    By shifting your perspective and rewriting these narratives, we create new, empowering beliefs and outcomes that support personal growth, improved functioning, and optimal healing. This reframe is the foundation for the positive change you’ll experience moving forward, allowing you to step into a more confident, aligned, and thriving version of yourself.

  • The transformation phase is where your desired changes take root. During this part of the RTT® session, your subconscious mind is introduced to the new beliefs, patterns, and behaviors that align with your goals and desired outcomes.

    To reinforce these changes, you’ll receive a personalized 15–20 minute audio recording of your transformation. Listening to this recording daily for 21 days or more ensures the new beliefs and behaviors become deeply embedded, supporting lasting growth and positive change.
